Mission on Energy and Urbanization in Vietnam06/11/2019

On October 20-25, HUB Brussels, the Brussels Business Support Agency, organized a trade mission in Vietnam dedicated to energy, with an extra focus on renewable energy, and urbanisation. Lead by Mrs Annelore Issac, Deputy CEO of HUB, the delegation made stops in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoï and Hai Phong. Prominent Vietnamese as well as international energy and infrastructure stakeholders were part of a very dense and educational agenda of seminars and visits. In addition to joint meetings, the HUB team had provided for B-to-B meetings for all members of the delegation.

Nine Belgian companies, including one from Wallonia – John Cockerill, formerly know as CMI – joined the delegation.

We wish to congratulate the HUB team for the perfect coordination of the mission for the benefit of companies from all over Belgium. We shall further cooperate in the near future in order to raise the bar even higher and make this event a major milestone in the agenda of Belgium-Vietnam business relationship.
